• • As a Paid Media Strategist at Directive Consulting, you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition for enterprise SaaS and tech clients by leading paid media strategy and execution focused on SQLs and revenue, not just vanity metrics.
• • Day to day, you will oversee and lead a portfolio of paid media accounts, serve as the primary client contact, build quarterly strategies, manage budgets across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, optimize campaigns for ROI, confirm lead routing in CRMs, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure alignment and performance.
• • You will join a performance marketing agency that pioneered the Customer Generation methodology, working within a specialized Paid Media team that supports SaaS and tech companies in achieving predictable growth through data-driven, full-funnel marketing.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B SaaS paid media, sharpen your ability to translate data into compelling client narratives, lead strategic account growth, and gain exposure to enterprise-level marketing operations while working remotely with access to in-person collaboration in Irvine, CA.
