- • As Director of Paid Search at Jellyfish, you will lead strategic SEM initiatives for enterprise-level clients, translating business objectives into scalable, performance-driven search programs that drive measurable growth and innovation in digital marketing.
- • You will serve as the primary strategic advisor and client contact for top-tier accounts, overseeing campaign execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, and emerging platforms while ensuring data accuracy, best practices, and alignment with integrated media planning.
- • You will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of paid search specialists, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration with Creative, Analytics, and Account teams.
- • You will champion process improvement, operational excellence, and innovation by identifying workflow efficiencies, staying ahead of platform updates, and contributing to agency-wide initiatives and new business pitches.
- • You will gain deep expertise in enterprise-level paid search strategy, client leadership, and team development while shaping the future of search marketing at a global digital agency that values diversity, inclusion, and employee growth.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
- • 8+ years in digital marketing with a deep focus on Paid Search and proven success managing large-scale search campaigns.
- • Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360 (SA360), and Google Analytics, with proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with SEM tools like Ads Editor.
- • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with strong analytical, strategic thinking, and client-facing communication skills.
- • Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence, with comfort troubleshooting technical or performance challenges.
