- • As a Paid Search Manager at Jellyfish, you will be at the forefront of driving impactful digital marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients. Reporting directly to the Paid Search Director, you will play a pivotal role within our dynamic Paid Media Capability, serving as the day-to-day expert for paid search initiatives across assigned brands.
- • Your core mission will be to orchestrate and elevate campaign performance through a combination of strategic planning, meticulous execution, and data-driven optimization. This role demands a proactive, analytical, and highly organized individual who thrives in a collaborative agency environment and is passionate about leveraging the latest in search activation.
- • You will be instrumental in shaping and managing paid search campaigns across major platforms including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and client goals. This involves in-depth keyword research, crafting compelling ad copy, and structuring campaigns for maximum efficiency and impact.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve vigilant monitoring of campaign pacing, budgets, and bids. You will be responsible for ensuring that campaigns not only meet but exceed performance targets, proactively identifying and implementing optimizations based on rigorous data analysis, search query insights, and continuous A/B testing.
- • Ensuring the integrity of campaign implementation and performance tracking is paramount. You will be tasked with managing and performing quality assurance checks to guarantee accuracy and reliability of all campaign data.
- • Beyond execution, you will be a key contributor to the analytical backbone of our paid search efforts. This includes dissecting performance data to uncover critical trends, identify untapped opportunities, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- • You will be responsible for developing and presenting comprehensive reports that not only visualize data effectively but also articulate a clear strategic narrative and forward-looking plan. Your ability to communicate complex information in a clear, confident, and solutions-oriented manner will be crucial when presenting to internal teams and clients.
- • Collaboration is central to success at Jellyfish. You will work closely with internal teams, including other media specialists, account managers, and creative departments, as well as external vendors, to ensure seamless campaign execution and integrated strategies.
- • You will actively contribute to fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. This involves promoting open communication, encouraging knowledge sharing, and embracing shared accountability for achieving collective results.
- • The role also involves supporting the broader team with essential administrative tasks such as monthly billing, reconciliation processes, and campaign actualization, ensuring operational efficiency.
- • A unique aspect of this role is the remote work arrangement, requiring you to operate within EST hours, offering flexibility while demanding strong self-discipline and time management.
