- • Assist in building and launching paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social platforms
- • Support campaign trafficking and configuration to ensure accurate setup and alignment with brand guidelines
- • Ensure all campaigns adhere to established best practices and account structures for optimal performance
- • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization across bids, budgets, targeting, and creative
- • Assist with search query mining and negative keyword management to improve campaign efficiency and relevance
- • Help prepare weekly performance reports and dashboards to track key metrics and campaign health
- • Monitor campaign pacing and identify anomalies or deviations from expected performance trends
- • Support analysis of campaign results and performance trends to inform strategic recommendations
- • Work closely with managers, analysts, and cross-channel teams to align paid search efforts with broader digital activation strategies
- • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required to execute campaign deliverables
- • Support cross-market collaboration across EMEA and US regions to maintain consistency in global paid search execution
- • Utilize shared workflows, governance frameworks, and platform tools in sync with international team operations
- • Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- • Work with data in Excel or reporting tools to extract insights and support decision-making
- • Operate as an Agent of Change by translating platform data into actionable strategic direction and brand ambition into paid search-driven growth
🎯 Requirements
- • Some experience in paid search, digital marketing, or performance media
- • Experience with paid search platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- • Strong analytical and organisational skills
- • Comfortable working with data in Excel or reporting tools
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
