📋 Description

• As a Paid Search Senior Specialist at Tinuiti, you will plan, build, and optimize Paid Search and Shopping programs that drive efficient client growth, executing high-quality campaign management and translating performance data into clear actions using automation and Bliss Point insights.
• You will set and deliver Rocks with directional KPIs, collaborate across Analytics, Creative, Product/Bliss Point, and Client Leadership teams, and mentor junior teammates while aligning scope and expectations to Tinuiti’s job architecture for consistent progression.
• Tinuiti is the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S., managing $4 billion in digital media with over 1,200 employees, uniting media and measurement to eliminate waste and scale what works through proprietary technology like Bliss Point.
• In this role, you will learn to apply advanced platform capabilities (Google/Microsoft Ads, SA360/Skai), leverage Bliss Point insights for incrementality and forecasting, and develop expertise in data integrity, A/B testing, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable client outcomes and professional growth in performance marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience executing Paid Search/Shopping with end-to-end ownership of builds, launches, pacing, and optimization, managing monthly budgets of $75K+
• Platform fluency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center, and experience with SA360 or Skai, along with competitive tools such as Auction Insights, Adalysis, Adthena, or SpyFu
• Proficiency in GA/GA4, advanced Excel/Sheets, ability to build clear performance narratives and basic forecasts, and design/run A/B tests
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for client-facing updates, cross-functional teamwork, and mentoring or delegating work to junior team members
• Google Search & Shopping certification (or commitment to complete within first 60 days); additional Google certifications are a plus
