• • As a Paid Search & Social Manager, you will serve as a client-facing strategist responsible for managing paid media accounts, developing quarterly strategies, and driving measurable results for B2B SaaS and tech clients using Directive’s Customer Generation methodology.
• • Day to day, you will oversee and lead a portfolio of paid media accounts, execute and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, communicate weekly with vendors and client contacts, manage budgets, confirm lead routing in CRM, and collaborate with the Associate Director to align internal and client goals.
• • Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency specializing in SaaS and tech companies, known for its Customer Generation framework that prioritizes SQLs and customers over traditional metrics like MQLs, offering integrated services in paid media, SEO, CRO, and video.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS paid media strategy, sharpen your analytical and storytelling skills with data, build lasting client relationships that drive renewals and cross-sells, and grow as a strategic thinker in a fast-paced, results-driven agency environment.
