• • As a Paid Search Strategist at Tinuiti, you will drive efficient, profitable client growth across Paid Search and Shopping by designing and optimizing full-funnel programs that reduce waste and scale impact, directly supporting Tinuiti’s mission to eliminate waste and scale what works through its proprietary Bliss Point platform.
• • Day to day, you will design strategies anchored to client P&L and market dynamics, build trusted stakeholder relationships, integrate search and shopping into broader growth plays, apply platform capabilities (Google/Microsoft Ads, SA360/Skai, feed management, AI features), use Bliss Point insights to inform optimization, ensure data quality, educate clients and teams, operate with accountability to eliminate waste, and mentor juniors/peers while executing test roadmaps and delivering high-impact reporting.
