- • As a Paid Social Executive at Jellyfish, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and profit growth for global clients by managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns across key platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Reddit. Your work directly contributes to the success of data-driven marketing strategies that challenge industry norms and deliver measurable business impact.
- • You will execute and manage paid digital media campaigns on several social networks platforms—Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp & Threads), LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit—focusing on profit growth and meeting budget goals. This includes identifying underperforming elements, validating campaign setups, conducting audits, and producing detailed performance reports for clients. You will also collaborate closely with internal Client Management teams to ensure seamless implementation and participate in client meetings to align on strategy and outcomes.

Reporting to the Director, you will gain hands-on experience in campaign optimization, client-facing communication, and cross-functional collaboration—building expertise that accelerates your growth in performance marketing.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced skills in paid social platform management, data analysis using Excel, campaign troubleshooting, and client relationship building. You’ll learn to translate insights into actionable optimizations, adapt strategies in real-time, and contribute to measurable business outcomes—positioning yourself for progression into senior media or strategy roles within the agency.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 1+ year of experience activating and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, or Pinterest ads
- • Proficiency in managing complex spreadsheets and processing large datasets using Excel
- • Ability to adapt strategies and plans in response to unforeseen circumstances while maintaining campaign performance goals
- • Strong client-facing skills with a focus on building long-term relationships and adding value to client businesses
- • Proactive mindset: embracing challenges as opportunities and actively seeking feedback to enhance skills
