- • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and LinkedIn to drive client performance and growth.
- • Ensure full and accurate delivery of client budgets by closely monitoring spend, pacing, and allocation across platforms.
- • Independently execute daily campaign tasks including campaign builds, real-time optimizations, budget adjustments, and performance reporting.
- • Develop and deliver professional, client-facing reports that translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through written communication, phone calls, and in-person meetings, ensuring high levels of service and transparency.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align campaign objectives, share insights, and achieve overarching media goals.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving paid social platforms, algorithm changes, emerging trends, and industry best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- • Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) on all campaign setups, targeting parameters, tracking pixels, and reporting formats to ensure 100% accuracy.
- • Streamline workflow efficiency using G-Suite tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs) to automate reporting, standardize processes, and enhance team productivity.
- • Contribute to the global Paid Media capability by sharing learnings, participating in knowledge-sharing sessions, and supporting agency-wide initiatives.
- • Support some of the world’s largest brands as a Google Global Partner, leveraging proprietary technology, training, and strategic resources to deliver superior outcomes.
- • Adapt communication style and reporting formats to meet the unique expectations of diverse global clients across multiple time zones and markets.
- • Proactively identify underperforming campaigns and implement data-driven optimizations to improve ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversion metrics.
- • Maintain meticulous records of campaign changes, client feedback, and performance trends to support audit readiness and historical analysis.
- • Contribute to the development of standardized campaign templates, checklists, and documentation to scale best practices across the team.
- • Actively engage in team collaboration to share insights, troubleshoot challenges, and elevate collective performance.
- • Participate in internal training and upskilling opportunities provided by Jellyfish to maintain mastery of paid social tools and platforms.
- • Represent Jellyfish professionally in all client interactions, upholding the agency’s reputation for innovation, accuracy, and client-centric service.
🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrated 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid social media advertising
- • Proficiency in managing campaigns on Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and LinkedIn
- • Strong command of G-Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) for workflow automation and reporting
- • Accurate attention to detail during campaign setup, QA, pacing, and optimization
