- • As a Paid Social Manager at Solace Corporation, you will own and scale the paid social acquisition engine, managing Meta end-to-end while expanding into new channels like TikTok and Snapchat, directly impacting patient acquisition and healthcare outcomes through data-driven advertising.
- • Day to day, you will manage Meta account performance including strategy, structure, testing, and budget allocation; build creative feedback loops with the brand team using tools like Motion; monitor full-funnel performance beyond platform KPIs; partner with the CRO Specialist to align ad creative with landing page experience; own tracking and measurement including pixel/CAPI health and UTM hygiene; collaborate with Data/Analytics to refine reporting; lead expansion into TikTok and Snapchat; translate performance into actionable insights for the broader team; and manage and develop an associate.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in paid social strategy and full-funnel attribution, gain leadership experience managing an associate, expand into emerging platforms like TikTok and Snapchat, and contribute directly to Solace’s mission of improving healthcare access and outcomes through scalable patient advocacy technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–6+ years of paid social experience with recent hands-on ownership of 7-figure+ Meta accounts
- • Proven ability to optimize toward real business outcomes, not just platform metrics like CTR or CPA
- • Strong creative judgment to identify what’s working and articulate why
- • Deep fluency in tracking and measurement: Pixel + CAPI, event definitions, UTM hygiene, funnel reporting
- • Experience in lead gen, healthcare, insurance, or other high-consideration verticals
- • TikTok and/or Snapchat experience a plus
