- • As a Paid Social Specialist at Monks, you will play a consultative role advising clients on industry trends, technology solutions, and ad spend optimization to drive long-term value in digital advertising.
- • You will manage the execution and performance of paid social, search, display, video, and mobile campaigns across the full account lifecycle, serving as a key player in client and team relationship management, campaign optimization, and media planning.
- • You will develop and grow relationships with client-side stakeholders and partners at major platforms like Google and Meta to understand business needs and craft strategic, tactical approaches.
- • You will align client needs with Monks’ solutions and processes to create efficient workflows, uncover opportunities, and help clients achieve their goals while scaling market-responsive processes and products.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in paid media strategy, platform-specific campaign management, cross-functional collaboration, and data-informed decision-making while working with cutting-edge technologies and global brands.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4 years of experience implementing paid media campaigns in a technology company or end-advertiser environment.
- • Must have hands-on knowledge of social platforms including Meta, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, or similar.
- • Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal) are required for client and internal stakeholder engagement.
- • Experience with programmatic platforms (DV360, Campaign Manager, The Trade Desk) or search platforms (Google Ads, SA360, Amazon Ads) is desired but not required.
- • Strong data analysis abilities, with familiarity in Google Analytics and Data Studio considered desirable.
- • Demonstrated consultative approach, innovation, flexibility, strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and eagerness to collaborate across teams.
