📋 Description

• • As a Paid Social Media Manager at Chime, you will own the planning and execution of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and X in partnership with an agency, driving customer acquisition while optimizing for long-term value and sustainable growth.
• • Day to day, you will manage and scale monthly budgets of $3M+, collaborate with creative and analytics teams to test and interpret campaign performance, build structured testing programs, and translate data into actionable insights that influence full-funnel media strategy.
• • You will join Chime’s Growth Marketing team, a mission-driven group focused on helping everyday people achieve financial peace of mind through innovative fintech solutions, working cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Analytics, Product, and MarTech to scale impactful campaigns.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in paid social media acquisition, master advanced testing and attribution frameworks, and evolve paid social from a performance channel into a durable, high-impact full-funnel growth engine while contributing to Chime’s mission of financial empowerment.
