- • The Paralegal role at Brightline Interactive Inc. is essential for supporting the Legal team by ensuring compliance, managing documentation, and enabling attorneys to focus on strategic priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing NDAs and independent contractor agreements using internal templates, preparing summaries of health plan/employer contracts, tracking contract expirations and renewals, managing DocuSign execution and departmental mail, maintaining contract database integrity, building reports and dashboards, supporting corporate compliance programs, contributing to playbooks and workflow tools, assisting with legal research and document preparation, resolving internal and external requests, supporting equity plan administration, managing training compliance, and providing tactical support for SOC2 and HIPAA audits.
- • Brightline is a therapy and psychiatry practice delivering pediatric, teen, and parental mental health care to families and children up to age 18, offering virtual and outpatient services including therapy, psychiatry, and psychological testing. - • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in healthcare legal operations, gain hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management and compliance frameworks (including HIPAA and SOC2), build proficiency in legal tech tools like ContractSafe, DocuSign, Jira, and AI-assisted platforms, and contribute to process improvements that enhance legal team efficiency and organizational scalability.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a contracts specialist, legal operations, or paralegal role
- • BA/BS degree in a related field
- • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadline
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interface professionally with executives, external counsel, and cross-functional partners
- • High degree of discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential legal matters
- • Comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- • Ability and willingness to learn new software programs and AI tooling
