📋 Description

• • As a Paralegal (Remote in SC) at First American Financial Corporation, you will perform substantive legal work under the guidance of in-house attorneys, supporting the mortgage servicing operations of ServiceMac by drafting, reviewing, and managing critical legal documents essential to business continuity and compliance.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts and agreements such as master services agreements, statements of work, servicer notices, and powers of attorney; preparing legal notices like termination and demand letters; maintaining an organized electronic repository of executed agreements and the client power of attorney library; partnering with operations leaders to negotiate and finalize contract terms; educating stakeholders on contractual rights and obligations; and providing administrative support to the legal department as needed.
