  • • Provide individualized therapy services to patients navigating perinatal mood disorders including postpartum depression and anxiety through a virtual care model.
  • • Deliver evidence-based clinical interventions aligned with Seven Starling’s holistic model, integrating specialized therapy, peer support, and medication management protocols.
  • • Conduct initial assessments, ongoing therapy sessions, and progress evaluations via secure telehealth platforms to ensure continuity of care.
  • • Collaborate with Seven Starling’s clinical and leadership teams to maintain high standards of patient care and contribute to program refinement based on patient outcomes.
  • • Adhere to all state and federal regulations governing mental health practice in California, including documentation standards and confidentiality requirements.
  • • Work within a structured clinical framework designed to achieve clinically significant improvement in 94% of patients completing the program.
  • • Partner with OBGYN clinics and health plans including UnitedHealthCare, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Aetna to ensure seamless patient referrals and care coordination.
  • • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic health records in accordance with Seven Starling’s clinical systems and HIPAA guidelines.
  • • Participate in regular clinical supervision, case consultations, and team meetings to enhance therapeutic effectiveness and professional development.
  • • Engage with patients across all stages of reproductive health, from preconception through postpartum, with sensitivity to cultural, emotional, and systemic factors impacting mental wellness.
  • • Demonstrate commitment to pioneering innovative, accessible, and affordable mental health care for women in an early-stage, mission-driven organization.
  • • Prioritize patient-centered care while upholding Seven Starling’s core values of empathy, equity, and clinical excellence.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Current, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a mental health professional in the state of California
  • • Master’s degree or higher in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
  • • Experience providing therapy to individuals with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders
