- • Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy to patients navigating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, including postpartum depression and anxiety, through a virtual care model.
- • Deliver clinical services aligned with Seven Starling’s holistic model, integrating specialized therapy, peer support, and medication management protocols under the supervision of the clinical leadership team.
- • Conduct initial assessments, ongoing therapy sessions, and progress evaluations using validated clinical tools to track patient outcomes and ensure treatment efficacy.
- • Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant electronic health records within Seven Starling’s digital platform, ensuring documentation meets licensing and insurance requirements.
- • Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical staff, including psychiatrists, care coordinators, and peer support specialists, to coordinate patient care and enhance treatment continuity.
- • Participate in regular clinical supervision, case reviews, and team meetings to uphold quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement of the clinical program.
- • Adhere strictly to Seven Starling’s clinical protocols and treatment pathways, which are designed in partnership with OBGYN clinics and health plans including UnitedHealthCare, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Aetna.
- • Engage with patients through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring accessible, compassionate, and culturally responsive care tailored to the unique needs of women across all stages of reproductive health.
- • Maintain active licensure and compliance with Florida state behavioral health regulations, including continuing education requirements and ethical practice standards.
- • Contribute to program development by providing feedback on patient experiences, treatment effectiveness, and operational workflows to support scaling of services.
- • Represent Seven Starling professionally in all patient interactions and clinical communications, upholding the organization’s mission to make women’s reproductive mental health care accessible and effective.
- • Support outreach efforts by participating in educational webinars or materials developed for partner OBGYN clinics and health plans to promote awareness of perinatal mental health services.
- • Prioritize patient safety and risk management by identifying and responding appropriately to clinical emergencies or elevated risk cases in alignment with established protocols.
- • Work within a part-time schedule as agreed upon with the clinical team, with flexible hours designed to accommodate patient availability and provider capacity.
- • Stay current with emerging research and best practices in women’s reproductive mental health to inform clinical decision-making and program evolution.
🎯 Requirements
- • Active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychologist, or equivalent in the state of Florida
- • Experience providing therapy to individuals with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders
- • Valid, reliable internet connection and private, HIPAA-compliant space for conducting virtual therapy sessions
