  • • Provide evidence-based therapy services to patients navigating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, including postpartum depression and anxiety, through a virtual care model.
  • • Deliver clinical care aligned with Seven Starling’s holistic model, integrating specialized therapy, peer support, and medication management under the supervision of the clinical team.
  • • Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms with patients referred through partner OBGYN clinics and health plans including UnitedHealthCare, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Aetna.
  • • Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state licensing requirements and HIPAA standards.
  • • Collaborate with Seven Starling’s clinical and leadership teams to ensure consistent, high-quality patient experiences and adherence to evidence-based treatment protocols.
  • • Participate in regular clinical supervision, team meetings, and professional development sessions to enhance therapeutic outcomes and program fidelity.
  • • Adhere to Seven Starling’s clinical guidelines and treatment pathways designed specifically for reproductive mental health, with a focus on achieving clinically significant symptom improvement as demonstrated by the organization’s 94% success rate.
  • • Serve as a trusted, empathetic mental health provider for women across all stages of reproductive health, from preconception through postpartum.
  • • Engage with a patient population referred through national health plan networks and OBGYN partnerships, ensuring culturally competent and trauma-informed care.
  • • Maintain active licensure as a mental health professional in the state of North Carolina and comply with all state-specific practice regulations.
  • • Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives by providing feedback on clinical workflows, patient feedback, and program effectiveness.
  • • Work part-time hours as scheduled, with flexibility to accommodate patient needs while maintaining consistent availability during designated clinical hours.
  • • Represent Seven Starling professionally in all patient interactions and communications, upholding the organization’s mission to make women’s mental health care accessible and affordable.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Current, active, and unrestricted license as a mental health professional in the state of North Carolina (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
  • • Experience providing therapy to individuals with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders or a demonstrated interest in women’s reproductive mental health
  • • Valid U.S. licensure to practice telehealth across state lines, with primary licensure in North Carolina
  • • Proficiency in using secure telehealth platforms and electronic health records systems
  • • Ability to maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and clinical records
  • • Commitment to delivering trauma-informed, culturally competent care
