📋 Description

• Provide individualized therapy services to patients navigating perinatal mood disorders including postpartum depression and anxiety through a virtual care model.
• Deliver evidence-based clinical interventions aligned with Seven Starling’s holistic model that integrates specialized therapy, peer support, and medication management.
• Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical evaluations for patients enrolled in the program, ensuring adherence to best practices in women’s reproductive mental health.
• Collaborate with Seven Starling’s clinical and leadership teams to maintain high standards of care and contribute to continuous improvement of patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and clinical notes in accordance with HIPAA regulations and Seven Starling’s electronic health record system.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, team meetings, and professional development sessions to ensure therapeutic excellence and alignment with organizational protocols.
• Work within a structured schedule as a part-time provider, with flexible hours designed to accommodate clinical availability while meeting patient care demands.
• Engage with patients through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility, confidentiality, and a compassionate therapeutic environment.
• Support patient retention and satisfaction by delivering consistent, empathetic, and culturally responsive care tailored to the unique needs of women across all stages of reproductive health.
• Contribute to Seven Starling’s mission of making high-quality behavioral health care accessible by partnering with OBGYN clinics and major health plans including UnitedHealthCare, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Aetna.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current research, clinical guidelines, and emerging best practices in perinatal mental health.
• Adhere to all state licensing requirements and ethical standards for licensed mental health professionals in Texas.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and outcome tracking efforts to support the organization’s reported 94% rate of clinically significant patient improvement.
• Serve as a trusted, consistent point of care for patients throughout their treatment journey, fostering therapeutic rapport and long-term recovery.
• Uphold Seven Starling’s commitment to equity, inclusivity, and trauma-informed care in all patient interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Current, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a mental health professional in the state of Texas
• Master’s degree or higher in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related clinical field
• Experience providing therapy to individuals with perinatal or reproductive mental health conditions
