- • The Partner Alliance Analyst at 1Password plays a critical role in accelerating go-to-market (GTM) success by enabling data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across AWS alliance, Marketplace, and co-sell motions. This role ensures that alliance initiatives are accurately tracked, reported, and optimized to drive measurable business outcomes, directly contributing to 1Password’s rapid growth and market leadership in cybersecurity.
- • Supporting the Sales GTM engine through precise data management, process automation, and cross-functional collaboration, the analyst helps translate partner ecosystem activities into actionable insights that inform investment, prioritization, and revenue strategies.
- • Creating and executing AWS offers, renewals, and amendments in support of opportunities managed by the Alliance team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness throughout the offer lifecycle.
- • Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of AWS Public Offers and incoming AWS Opportunities (AOs), from creation to closure, in close coordination with 1Password and AWS sellers to maintain pipeline integrity.
- • Conducting detailed research and account mapping exercises to identify target accounts, develop outreach strategies, and maximize engagement efficiency across partner and field teams.
- • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all partner interactions and activities within Salesforce to ensure reliable reporting, pipeline visibility, and data integrity for leadership and stakeholders.
- • Regularly collaborating with Partner Alliance managers to prioritize outreach efforts, refine engagement approaches, and align on best practices based on performance feedback and strategic goals.
- • Building and maintaining dashboards and reports that track alliance and marketplace performance, including co-sell pipeline, SCA utilization, partner engagement metrics, and ARR contribution by quarter for executive and cross-functional audiences.
- • Operating within a high-growth, mission-driven cybersecurity company recognized as a leader in identity and access management, serving over 180,000 businesses including Fortune 100 enterprises and innovative AI companies.
- • Partnering closely with Alliances, Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure alignment, data accuracy, and operational efficiency across GTM motions.
- • Developing advanced analytical and reporting skills by working with Salesforce, Looker, and other BI tools to produce actionable insights that influence strategic partnership decisions and resource allocation.
- • Gaining deep expertise in AWS co-sell, Marketplace, and alliance programs while contributing to the design and automation of scalable GTM processes that enhance efficiency and repeatability.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in an analyst, operations, or specialist role within GTM Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, Alliances, or a similar function.
- • Strong analytical skills with proven experience building dashboards, reports, and performance insights using data to drive decisions.
- • Working knowledge of Salesforce and CRM-based reporting, including data entry, pipeline tracking, and opportunity management.
- • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Alliances, or Operations teams to support shared goals and initiatives.
- • Ability to manage moderately complex projects independently with general supervision, demonstrating initiative and ownership.
- • Strong attention to detail with a track record of identifying issues, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- • Experience supporting partner, marketplace, or alliance motions, particularly in technology or SaaS environments.
- • Familiarity with AWS co-sell, Marketplace, or partner programs, including offer creation, renewal, and lifecycle management.
- • Exposure to reporting or BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
- • Interest in process improvement and automation, with a mindset geared toward streamlining workflows and enhancing efficiency.
