- • Develop and execute strategic partner business plans aligned with regional growth priorities in collaboration with sales leadership to drive revenue expansion across Greater Asia.
- • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue through joint go-to-market initiatives with key channel partners and alliances.
- • Collaborate closely with field sales teams to identify target accounts, map partner plays, and accelerate deal velocity by aligning partner capabilities with customer needs.
- • Expand partner capability through structured enablement programs, sales plays, solution positioning, and business-value messaging tailored to the cybersecurity and cloud security landscape.
- • Lead regular business reviews, pipeline reviews, and executive cadence sessions with partners to ensure alignment, accountability, and performance tracking.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, sales leaders, and technical teams within partner organizations.
- • Utilize clear metrics and operating cadence to manage business planning, forecasting, and performance management for partner ecosystems.
- • Champion customer obsession by anchoring all partner strategies in solving real-world customer challenges and ensuring their success drives mutual business outcomes.

- • Build and maintain deep understanding of the partner ecosystem across Greater China, including regional market nuances, regulatory environments, and competitive dynamics.
- • Contribute to a culture of transparency, constructive debate, and execution-focused results where impact is valued over activity.
🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years of extensive experience in channel sales, partner management, alliances, or ecosystem development within cybersecurity, cloud, networking, or enterprise software
- • Proven success driving partner pipeline, revenue contribution, and go-to-market execution
- • Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem across Greater China
- • Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders, sales leaders, and technical teams within partner organizations
- • Solid experience in business planning, forecasting, and performance management using clear metrics and operating cadence
