- • The Growth Account Manager at Coursera plays a pivotal role in driving success for educational and industry partners by managing a portfolio of 40+ accounts, focusing on Tier 2 and 3 partners to grow them into Strategic Accounts through revenue-generating activities, increased year-on-year account growth, partner satisfaction, and engagement.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end educational content launches, conducting annual business reviews, providing data-driven insights and advisory support, troubleshooting operational issues, streamlining account management processes for scalability, and collaborating with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth content delivery and partner success.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in account management, partner success, or a related role, ideally within edtech or B2C sectors
- • Strong project management skills with experience managing content launches and coordinating with cross-functional teams
- • Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills focused on driving partner success
- • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data management tools for account management
- • Familiarity with online education content, platform support, and partner onboarding processes (preferred)
- • Strong analytical skills to use data for strategic recommendations and optimizing partner outcomes (preferred)
