  • • As a Partner Enablement Manager for Partner Led Countries at Okta, you will be a pivotal force in shaping and executing enablement strategies designed to empower our partners in emerging markets to drive Okta business independently.
  • • You will report to the Senior Manager of Partner Enablement and become an integral part of the Global Partner Enablement (GET) team, a group dedicated to aligning people, processes, and priorities with learning, coaching, and communication to ensure success.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a comprehensive enablement strategy that guides partners from initial recruitment through to achieving "Tech Champion" status, signifying their deep expertise and self-sufficiency with Okta solutions.
  • • This role involves a unique "train-the-trainer" model, where you will adapt Okta's internal training materials, enablement resources, sales plays, and technical enablement content into bespoke programs for partners.
  • • You will then equip these partners to effectively cascade this knowledge to other members within their own ecosystems, amplifying Okta's reach and impact.
  • • A key objective is to ensure partners become proficient in all aspects of Okta's offerings, including onboarding, product sales, presales activities, service delivery, and customer success training.
  • • You will also train partners to master Okta's self-service tools, which are critical for their operational efficiency and sales success. This includes enabling them to confidently manage new sales, upsells, renewals through self-quoting, effective lead management, and seamless deal registration processes.
  • • Furthermore, you will educate partners on the intricacies of the Okta partner program, covering essential elements such as licensing models, pricing strategies, and incentive structures, ensuring they can maximize their engagement and profitability.
  • • Collaboration is key to this role. You will work closely with various cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and technical teams, to expedite content creation, ensure partner readiness, and align enablement efforts with broader business objectives.
  • • This position requires a strategic mindset, with the proven ability to transition a territory from a direct-sales motion to a robust, independent, partner-led model.
  • • You will be responsible for assessing partner needs, identifying skill gaps, and designing targeted enablement interventions to address them.
  • • The role may involve both virtual and in-person enablement sessions, with the potential for international travel to support partners in other markets as the business grows.
  • • An initial in-person onboarding at Okta's San Francisco, CA HQ office is required during the first week of employment to ensure a strong foundation and integration into the company culture and team.
  • • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of enablement programs by gathering feedback from partners and internal stakeholders, and iterating on content and delivery methods.
  • • This role is crucial for expanding Okta's market presence in partner-led countries, directly contributing to revenue growth and customer acquisition through a highly scalable and effective partner channel.
  • • You will act as a subject matter expert on partner enablement, providing guidance and support to partners navigating the Okta ecosystem.
  • • The ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of Okta's identity and access management solutions to a partner audience is essential.
  • • You will play a role in fostering strong relationships with key partner contacts, building trust and ensuring their ongoing commitment to the Okta partnership.
