📋 Description

• We're an early team defining a new software category, building a Smart Financial Platform that gives modern, global companies superpowers - automated accounting, real-time reporting, and financial flows that move at the speed of the business.
• We build with our customers, ship fast, and obsess over craft.
• We're looking for a Partner Enablement Manager to be the product expert at the centre of Light's partner programme, training partner teams, certifying them, and staying their expert lifeline as they scale.
• The role involves delivering the training curriculum, running shadow and reverse-shadow cycles, grading readiness, and gate-certifying partners.
• You'll also sit alongside partners on their first client deliveries, hold the quality to Light's bar, and coach partners on translating finance requirements into platform design.
• You'll be responsible for pushing back on partner shortcuts that won't work, building the enablement library, and feeding what partners surface back into the product and the programme.
• The ideal candidate has a degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, and 5+ years in finance transformation, ERP implementation, or finance advisory.
• You should be fluent in accounting, able to hold your own with a Controller on multi-entity consolidation, intercompany eliminations, accrual accounting, statutory vs management reporting.
• You should be able to teach complex product or accounting concepts so they stick, and bring structure to messy programmes.
• You should excel at building trust with partner leadership and client finance teams through clear communication and consistent delivery.
