- • As a Partner Engagement Manager at Onebrief Inc., you will own the entire customer relationship from users up to Generals, driving product adoption and ensuring deep integration of Onebrief’s AI-powered workflow software into military staff operations at Fort Belvoir, VA.
- • Day to day, you will lead or support military planning exercises, provide face-to-face and remote customer support, coordinate incident responses with customers and engineering teams, and use user observations to recommend product improvements while maintaining high product proficiency.
- • You will join a mission-driven, all-remote company with a strong presence at military commands worldwide, composed of veterans, technologists, and planners from elite military and global organizations, backed by $320M+ in funding and a $2.15B valuation.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in military operational planning, navigate complex government bureaucracies, influence product strategy through customer insights, and grow your ability to drive technology adoption in high-stakes defense environments while representing the Onebrief brand to allies and partners.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience working closely with military headquarters at tactical, operational, and strategic levels or comparable government settings
- • Current Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI and ability to access DOD facilities and installations
- • Familiarity with major military planning exercises and protocols for software deployment on classified networks
- • Experience in customer support (face-to-face and remote) and incident response coordination with customers and product engineering teams
- • Strong technical skills to master Onebrief’s application, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with customers on technical matters
- • Proven ability to navigate large government organizations, solve bureaucratic challenges, and deliver successful outcomes
