- • As a Partner Engagement Manager at Onebrief Inc., you will own the entire customer relationship from users up to Generals and Admirals, driving product adoption and ensuring military staffs maximize the value of Onebrief’s AI-powered workflow software.
- • Day to day, you will lead or support military exercises, provide face-to-face and remote customer support, communicate user needs to the product team, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate incident responses with customers and engineering teams.
- • Onebrief is an all-remote company founded in 2019 by experienced planners, now valued at $2.15B, serving military commands worldwide with collaboration and AI-powered workflow software designed to make staffs faster, smarter, and more efficient.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in military operational planning, become a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influence product development through frontline insights, and expand Onebrief’s presence among Allied and Partner forces while embodying the company’s mission-driven, scrappy, and user-obsessed culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in leading operational planning within a military context, preferably at multi-star headquarters
- • Current Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI and ability to access DOD facilities and installations
- • Experience in customer support, both face-to-face and remote, with capability to respond to incidents by coordinating with customers and product engineering teams
- • Strong technical skills to master Onebrief’s application, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with customers on technical matters
- • Proven ability to navigate large government organizations, solve bureaucratic challenges, and deliver successful outcomes
- • Familiarity with major military planning exercises and protocols for software deployment on classified networks
