📋 Description

• As a Partner Engagement Manager at Onebrief Inc., you will own the entire customer relationship from users up to Generals, driving product adoption and ensuring deep integration of Onebrief’s AI-powered workflow software into military staff operations at U.S. Central Command.
• Day to day, you will lead or support military exercises, provide face-to-face and remote customer support, communicate user needs to the product team, recommend product improvements based on user observations, coordinate incident responses with customers and engineering teams, and develop insights into customer social dynamics to support renewals and future sales.
• Onebrief is an all-remote company with employees working alongside customers at military commands worldwide; the team comprises veterans from all forces and global organizations, as well as technologists from leading software companies, backed by $320M+ in funding and a $2.15B valuation, united by a mission to make military staffs faster, smarter, and more efficient.
• In this role, you will master operational planning at multi-star headquarters, become a power user of Onebrief’s product, earn the trust of senior military planners and leaders, navigate complex government bureaucracies, and directly contribute to expanding the product’s use across Allied and Partner nations while growing your impact in defense technology and customer success.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI and ability to access DOD facilities and installations
• Proven experience working closely with military headquarters at tactical, operational, and strategic levels or comparable government settings
• Familiarity with major military planning exercises and protocols for software deployment on classified networks
• Experience in customer support (face-to-face and remote) and capability to coordinate incident responses with customers and product engineering teams
• Strong technical skills to master Onebrief’s application, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with customers on technical matters
• Proven ability to navigate large government organizations, solve bureaucratic challenges, and deliver successful outcomes
