📋 Description

• The Partner Events Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of executive, partner, and ecosystem events globally, driving business outcomes through strategic, audience-centric experiences that reflect the Sui Foundation’s mission to onboard the next billion users to Web3.
• Day to day, the role involves managing end-to-end event lifecycle activities including project planning, promotion, vendor and budget management, cross-functional alignment, defining event goals and KPIs with stakeholders, and delivering post-event reporting while ensuring brand integrity and creativity.
• The Sui Foundation is a 100% remote, mission-driven organization supporting the growth and adoption of the Sui blockchain, a permissionless Layer 1 network designed to enable creators and developers to build Web3 experiences in gaming, finance, and beyond, grounded in principles of transparency, trust, and community engagement.
• In this role, the individual will develop executive presence, refine strategic event marketing skills in a high-growth Web3 environment, gain experience managing global partner and executive events, and contribute directly to the Foundation’s vision of universal access and individual ownership through blockchain innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in event planning and production
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams
• Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Web3, crypto, or emerging technology sectors
• Ability to execute remotely and work in a global, distributed environment
• Flexibility and desire to travel frequently and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
