  • • Design and improve end-to-end partner journeys across onboarding, activation, co-selling, deployment, support, and growth to reduce friction and increase scalability.
  • • Build scalable processes, workflows, forums, and operating cadences that streamline partner engagement and internal team alignment across Partnerships, Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Enablement, and Support.
  • • Partner with Enablement teams to deliver timely, clear guidance and resources that help partners understand how to do business with OpenAI.
  • • Enhance partner support paths, escalation protocols, incentive structures, and benefit access through cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent and effective partner experiences.
  • • Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Business Systems to optimize the partner-facing technology stack, including PRM platforms, partner portals, and GTM tools.
  • • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage OpenAI’s own AI agents and automation tools to simplify partner workflows, unblock common issues, and accelerate time-to-value.
  • • Develop self-service GTM tools and digital experiences that empower partners to independently build, co-sell, deploy, and support customer adoption.
  • • Define, track, and analyze key metrics related to partner experience, activation rates, portal utilization, engagement levels, business impact, and operational efficiency.
  • • Build dashboards, operating reviews, and inspection mechanisms to provide leadership with visibility into partner ecosystem health, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • • Establish Voice of the Partner mechanisms including surveys, feedback loops, and advisory forums to systematically capture and act on partner input.
  • • Translate partner feedback and operational data into prioritized improvements across programs, tools, processes, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • • Support forecasting, planning, attribution, and performance management efforts in partnership with Finance, Data, and Sales teams to align partner ecosystem goals with business outcomes.
  • • Drive cross-functional initiatives that ensure partner needs are integrated into product launches, company-wide programs, and strategic initiatives.
  • • Create scalable foundations for partner operations that evolve as OpenAI’s ecosystem grows, reducing manual effort and increasing organizational leverage.
  • • Improve consistency in how partner programs, support paths, enablement content, incentives, and GTM workflows are executed across teams and regions.
  • • Enhance decision-making by improving visibility into partner performance, engagement trends, and business impact through structured reporting and data-driven insights.
  • • Strengthen connective tissue between Partnerships, Operations, Systems, Data, Finance, Sales, Product, Legal, Marketing, Enablement, and Support to reduce silos and increase alignment.
  • • Operate at the intersection of partner experience, GTM operations, systems automation, data analytics, and business performance to shape one of the world’s most strategic AI partner ecosystems.
  • • Work with significant visibility across senior leadership to influence how OpenAI scales its partner ecosystem at the frontier of artificial general intelligence.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of experience in Partner Operations, GTM Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Partner Programs, or related roles within high-growth technology companies.
  • • Experience designing and scaling partner journeys, programs, operating models, or ecosystem motions across onboarding, enablement, co-selling, deployment, support, and growth.
  • • Strong systems thinking and operational judgment with ability to translate ambiguous business needs into scalable processes, workflows, tools, and governance models.
  • • Experience working with CRM, PRM, partner portals, business systems, reporting tools, or other GTM technology platforms.
  • • Strong analytical skills including defining KPIs, building reporting mechanisms, interpreting performance data, and using insights to improve business outcomes.
  • • Familiarity with forecasting, planning, attribution, or performance management processes in a GTM or partner ecosystem context.
