- • A significant portion of your day will be dedicated to engaging with customers through virtual appointments and proactive outbound phone calls. You'll be responsible for securing new business opportunities and fostering repeat business by consistently demonstrating the value and impact of Lakeshore's offerings. - • You will play a crucial role in collaborating with our Outside Sales team members to drive targeted outreach within specific geographic markets. - • You will regularly partner with schools and childcare centers to conduct thorough assessments of their current and future needs. This deep understanding will enable you to recommend tailored solutions, including our proprietary offerings like Complete Classrooms, professional development programs, and custom solutions designed to address specific educational goals.
- • Hosting engaging virtual product presentations will be a core function of your role. These sessions are designed to familiarize potential and existing customers with the breadth and depth of Lakeshore's innovative products, highlighting how they can enhance teaching methodologies, improve student engagement, and support curriculum development.
- • To stay ahead of the curve and provide the most relevant solutions, you'll conduct ongoing online research to gather critical information on local, state, and national trends in early learning and elementary education. This includes identifying emerging pedagogical approaches, understanding funding opportunities, and staying abreast of legislative changes that may impact educational institutions.
- • You will work closely with department leadership to contribute to the formation and refinement of sales strategies. - • Collaboration extends beyond the Inside Sales team.
