- • As a Partner Manager at Ema Unlimited, you will lead strategic go-to-market partnerships with system integrators, value-added resellers, consulting firms, cloud platforms, and AI ecosystem players to build and scale a partner-led growth channel that drives enterprise adoption of Ema’s AI employee technology.
- • Day to day, you will identify, onboard, and grow key GTM partners; collaborate on joint value propositions and GTM plans; lead partner enablement through training and certifications; serve as the internal advocate for partner feedback; structure and negotiate partnership agreements; drive pipeline via co-selling; track joint deals and revenue impact; build scalable partner programs including onboarding flows and reporting tools; define success metrics and lead quarterly business reviews; collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success; stay current on enterprise AI trends; and represent Ema at industry events and partner forums.
- • Ema is building next-generation AI technology to empower every employee in the enterprise to be more creative and productive by delegating repetitive tasks to Ema, the AI employee. Founded by ex-Google, Coinbase, and Okta executives and backed by Accel, Naspers, Section32, and prominent Silicon Valley angels including Sheryl Sandberg, Jerry Yang, and Dustin Moskovitz, the company brings together top engineering talent from Google, Microsoft Research, Facebook, Square/Block, and Coinbase, with many team members from Stanford, MIT, UC Berkeley, CMU, and IIT. Headquartered in Silicon Valley and Bangalore, this hybrid role requires three days per week in the Mountain View, CA office.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in scaling partner-led GTM motions for enterprise AI solutions, shape a new category of enterprise software, deepen your strategic and execution skills in a fast-paced startup, and directly influence revenue growth through partnership ecosystems while advocating for partner needs internally and gaining exposure to cutting-edge AI and cloud technologies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years experience in Partner management role at a SaaS, enterprise software, or AI company
- • Proven track record of sourcing, enabling, and scaling GTM partnerships that directly influenced sales outcomes
- • Knowledge of partner program design, including incentives, MDF, and co-sell playbooks
- • Deep understanding of enterprise sales motions, especially in AI and automation
- • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder communication skills
- • Strategic thinker with an ability to move fast and execute in a startup environment
