  • • As a Partner Marketing & Community Lead at Paddle, you will own and scale the partner marketing motion, a critical growth channel that activates Paddle’s network of strategic and technical partners, agencies, consultants, and influential operators to drive awareness, preference, and referrals for Paddle’s payment infrastructure solutions across the digital economy.
  • • You will design and execute scalable partner marketing programs that enable partners to educate about Paddle, build preference, and generate qualified referrals, working closely with the Partnerships team and cross-functional marketing teams including Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Content, and Brand to bring initiatives to life.
  • • Your role will focus on ecosystem activation and influence, ensuring partners have the content, enablement, and programs needed to introduce Paddle to the digital product companies they serve, leveraging partner audiences to extend Paddle’s reach through co-created content, joint campaigns, webinars, events, and advocacy initiatives.
  • • You will build scalable partner enablement resources such as toolkits, messaging guides, co-marketing templates, and referral programs, while establishing clear metrics to track partner-driven awareness, referral volume and quality, partner-sourced pipeline, and co-marketing performance, continuously testing new activation approaches to increase impact.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, ecosystem marketing, alliances marketing, or B2B marketing within SaaS or technology.
  • • Proven experience building or operating within communities that influence digital product companies through channels such as newsletters, podcasts, events, founder communities, accelerator networks, advisory work, or social channels where ideas reach and influence the ideal customer profile.
  • • Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • • Strong understanding of how agencies, consultants, and technical partners influence B2B buying decisions and the ability to activate ecosystem communities or influencer-style networks.
  • • Experience collaborating closely with partnerships or alliances teams to align partner marketing with broader partnership strategies.
  • • Ability to design repeatable partner marketing frameworks that support both strategic and long-tail partners across key segments.
