• • As a Partner Marketing Manager at Remote Technologies Inc., you will own the strategy and execution of partner marketing programs across Remote’s ecosystem partnerships, including channel and embedded technology partners, positioning Remote as the global HR partner of choice and driving qualified partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
• • Day to day, you will develop and execute partner marketing plans aligned to partnership goals and revenue targets, build and execute joint campaigns with strategic partners to generate qualified pipeline, manage the partner marketing lifecycle from onboarding through growth, and oversee budget allocation, reporting frameworks, and process documentation while serving as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned partnership programs.

• • In this role, you will operate with autonomy, owning program outcomes while contributing to the broader 2026 partner marketing strategy. You will develop scalable marketing programs, integrate strategic partners into Remote’s core marketing motions, measure and report on partner marketing performance including pipeline contribution and ROI, and continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights, enabling you to grow expertise in B2B SaaS partner marketing, cross-functional leadership, and data-driven campaign optimization.
