- • As a Partner Marketing Manager at Deliveroo Holdings plc, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and brand value for key restaurant partners across the UK & Ireland market, serving as the primary marketing liaison for high-impact brands such as Nando’s, Pho, and Giggling Squid, and ensuring alignment between partner objectives, customer needs, and Deliveroo’s commercial strategy.
- • You will lead the end-to-end marketing relationship with designated restaurant partners, developing annual joint business plans, crafting data-driven marketing strategies and toolkits, supporting new partner acquisitions through impactful launch plans, and owning key initiatives like enhancing the Plus loyalty proposition and driving visibility within the Deliveroo app.
- • You will partner closely with Commercial, Product, CRM, Social, and PR teams to execute 360-degree campaigns focused on CRM, digital, and social channels, translate complex insights into actionable plans, and deliver Quarterly Growth Opportunities with ROI-backed recommendations that influence cross-functional decision-making.
- • You will join a dynamic, fast-moving team within Deliveroo’s UK&I market organization that collaborates with global functions in product, technology, and consumer to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving both long-term brand growth and short-term demand generation in a competitive macro climate.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in partner marketing, commercial data analysis, forecasting, budget management, and cross-functional influence, gaining the ability to structure and communicate complex marketing narratives that drive measurable business impact and position you as a strategic leader in restaurant partnership marketing.
🎯 Requirements
- • Partner or Trade Marketing experience
- • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- • Proficient in marketing strategy, consumer insights, and commercial data analysis to understand performance and build structured narratives around business performance
- • Ability to deliver 360 marketing campaigns with a focus on CRM, Digital, and Social channels
- • Skilled in building marketing promotional plans (e.g., % off, Free item, BOGOF) and articulating ROI effectively
- • Excellent relationship building and cross-functional collaboration skills
- • Proficiency in translating complex data and strategies into simple, actionable ideas
- • Experience in forecasting and managing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact
