- • Own end-to-end partner enablement strategy for Loop’s 700+ agency, technology, and logistics partners, creating and distributing marketing assets that translate product capabilities into actionable partner resources.
- • Develop and manage educational content including playbooks, training modules, sales kits, and demo decks tailored to partner needs across ecommerce verticals.
- • Collaborate with Partnerships, Product Marketing, Merchant Success, Sales, and RevOps teams to align partner messaging with Loop’s product roadmap and customer success narratives.
- • Design and execute communication campaigns that drive partner adoption, engagement, and referral activity across Loop’s expanding product suite — including returns, tracking, warranties, shipping protection, fraud prevention, and fit analysis.
- • Establish feedback loops with partners to gather insights on content effectiveness, product gaps, and market needs, then synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for product and marketing teams.
- • Maintain and update a centralized partner resource hub to ensure all materials are current, branded, and easily accessible to partners globally.
- • Measure and report on partner marketing KPIs including content usage, referral volume, partner satisfaction, and conversion rates from partner-led leads.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner marketing inquiries, ensuring consistent, high-quality communication across all partner touchpoints.
- • Work closely with the Senior Partner Marketing Manager to refine the partner marketing playbook, optimize workflows, and scale enablement efforts as Loop grows its partner ecosystem.
- • Support the creation of co-branded marketing campaigns with key partners to amplify mutual brand visibility and drive joint customer acquisition.
- • Stay informed on ecommerce trends, partner landscape shifts, and competitive partner programs to ensure Loop’s marketing materials remain differentiated and compelling.
- • Ensure all partner-facing content adheres to Loop’s brand guidelines and complies with platform-specific requirements (e.g., Shopify ecosystem standards).
- • Participate in partner onboarding sessions, quarterly business reviews, and annual partner summits to deliver marketing training and gather real-time feedback.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to repurpose internal product and merchant success content into partner-ready formats to maximize efficiency and consistency.
- • Maintain accurate records of partner content usage, engagement metrics, and feedback in CRM and marketing automation tools.
- • Contribute to the development of partner incentive programs by providing marketing insights that support referral growth and retention.
- • Represent the Partner Marketing team in cross-functional product launch planning, ensuring partner readiness is integrated into go-to-market timelines.
- • Adapt messaging and materials for different partner types — including agencies, tech integrators, and logistics providers — to address their unique customer bases and sales cycles.
- • Balance strategic planning with tactical execution, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or partner enablement within a B2B SaaS or ecommerce technology company
- • Demonstrated ability to create and manage scalable marketing assets for external partners, including sales collateral, training materials, and digital resources
- • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working alongside Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity, brand consistency, and audience adaptation
- • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track partner engagement
- • Ability to analyze partner feedback and usage data to drive iterative improvements in marketing content and programs
