- • As the User Growth Lead for BigPay in Latin America, you will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for Binance’s fintech product in key LATAM markets, directly contributing to financial inclusion and ecosystem expansion.
- • Day to day, you will design and execute growth campaigns across digital channels, analyze user behavior and funnel performance, collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize conversion, and lead local partnerships to increase BigPay adoption.
- • You will join a dynamic, fast-paced team within Binance’s global ecosystem, working alongside product, marketing, compliance, and operations specialists who are passionate about leveraging blockchain and fintech to empower underserved communities.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in LATAM market dynamics, fintech growth hacking, cross-functional leadership, and data-driven user growth strategies—positioning yourself at the forefront of financial innovation in emerging markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in user growth, acquisition, or performance marketing, preferably in fintech, payments, or digital wallet industries.
- • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to measure, optimize, and scale growth initiatives.
- • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, with deep cultural understanding of key LATAM markets such as Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina.
- • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving, remote-friendly global environment.
