- • Serve as the primary point of contact in APAC and EMEA for all partner operations and enablement inquiries, providing timely and reliable support to internal teams and external partner representatives.
- • Build, update, and maintain Workato recipes and automation flows to streamline operations for both internal partner teams and external partner sales reps.
- • Monitor partner health metrics using dashboards and reports, proactively identifying at-risk partners and initiating tier changes based on program milestones.
- • Ensure all partners comply with their respective tier requirements across APAC and EMEA regions.
- • Own end-to-end partner onboarding operations, including account provisioning, system access setup, and tracking progress against first-90-day milestones.
- • Evaluate and onboard new business partners in coordination with the partner team, ensuring a consistent and seamless experience from sign-up to activation.
- • Maintain CRM and PRM data integrity by ensuring accurate partner records, field configurations, and workflow setups to support clean reporting and operational reliability.
- • Act as the operational liaison for system and product updates, ensuring partners receive current and accurate information to effectively position and sell Workato solutions.
- • Manage the tech stack and data infrastructure related to the Partner Portal in APAC and EMEA regions.
- • Build and maintain Sigma Dashboards to surface actionable insights for leadership and partner stakeholders.
- • Manage the partner deal and referral pipeline, identifying stalled opportunities and coordinating with internal stakeholders to drive deal progression.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partner stakeholders to identify operational gaps, drive process improvements, and deliver data-driven recommendations that support pipeline growth.
- • Document and scale business processes from the ground up to ensure operational efficiency and consistency across the partner ecosystem.
- • Support partner enablement initiatives by managing LMS tools, training resources, and onboarding programs to enhance partner readiness and performance.
- • Coordinate across multiple departments and stakeholders to execute projects with precision, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- • Communicate clearly and respectfully in both written and verbal formats to ensure alignment, transparency, and trust across global teams and partner networks.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field in a SaaS or high-growth environment
- • Experience building or managing automation workflows; Workato experience is a strong plus
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret reports and dashboards; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM required
- • Familiarity with tools such as Allbound, Partner Page, Sigma, Salesforce is a strong plus
- • Demonstrated ability to build and document scalable business processes from the ground up
- • Experience managing partner enablement resources, LMS tools, or onboarding programs preferred
