📋 Description

• Partner Program Manager is responsible for designing, launching, and refining the operational backbone of Legora's rapidly expanding partner ecosystem.
• The role involves building and scaling the program, connecting strategic dots, and end-to-end program ownership.
• The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in Partner Program Management, Channel Operations, or Partner Ecosystem Development.
• Strong operational foundation with the ability to build processes, manage PRMs/tools, and solve tactical friction while keeping long-term growth goals in mind.
• Leadership potential with a demonstrated track record of cross-functional influence, business acumen, and readiness to grow into a team lead or managerial role as the team scales.
• The Partner Program Manager will work directly within the VP of Partnerships to take high-level go-to-market strategies and convert them into actionable, turnkey frameworks for our tech, consulting, education, and cloud & AI alliances.
• The role requires building frictionless, predictable, and directly tied to customer success partner collaboration.
• The Partner Program Manager will serve as the primary glue connecting Partnerships with Revenue, Product, Marketing, and Success teams.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven program builder experience at a growth-stage or mid-market company, building frameworks, incentives, and workflows without relying on mega-tech resources.
• The Partner Program Manager will operate as a high-impact individual contributor with a potential pathway to step into a formal partner leadership role as the organization expands over the next 6–12 months.
