- • Own the commercial viability and health of an assigned partner portfolio within Alkami’s SaaS platform for U.S. banks and credit unions.
- • Define partner value propositions and provide the Alkami sales team with clear direction on ideal customer profiles, whitespace opportunities, targeting strategies, and end-to-end sales processes.
- • Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to increase sales efficiencies and maximize the value of partner products.
- • Develop and maintain per-partner and portfolio strategies aligned with Alkami’s product vision, sales priorities, and client needs.
- • Facilitate recurring business rhythms including pipeline calls, quarterly business reviews, roadmap reviews, sales enablement sessions, and major partner presentations.
- • Track and report progress toward established revenue goals, partner priorities, and key operational issues.
- • Work with Solution Engineering to develop sales demo plans and provide enablement support for partner integrations.
- • Serve as the primary bridge between external partners and internal Alkami teams including Product Owners, Product Marketing, Sales, Accounting, Legal, Compliance, and Partner Operations.
- • Ensure partner products are integrated into Alkami’s development lifecycle and communicate roadmap updates, technical hurdles, and implementation needs across teams.
- • Lead cross-functional alignment on product positioning, technical differentiators, annual marketing plans, and required sales support.
- • Independently navigate internal teams and escalation paths to resolve partner issues and prevent service gaps.
- • Maintain Master Partnership Agreement (MPA) terms and coordinate timely amendments for new products, pricing updates, and term changes.
- • Facilitate pricing discussions with Product, Accounting, Marketing, and Sales teams, ensuring alignment with current pricing review processes.
- • Proactively resolve unowned or unexpected partner-related issues such as stalled implementations, support gaps, misaligned expectations, or billing and accounting discrepancies.
- • Ensure consistent, prompt, and collaborative communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- • Support strategic planning, sales enablement, partner growth initiatives, and cross-functional operational alignment.
- • Travel up to 15% to meet with partners and internal teams as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree
- • 6+ years of relevant experience in partner relationship management
- • Experience building and managing partner relationships within SaaS, preferably in financial services or banking technology
- • Experience managing, selling, or deploying software for banks or credit unions
- • Strong communication skills with demonstrated business acumen and negotiation ability
- • Solid understanding of financial accounting and P&L concepts, including ability to build financial models and present to executive leadership
