📋 Description

• • The Partner Solutions Architect (LATAM) is a Datadog expert who partners with the Director of Partner Solutions Architects and aligns with the Channels & Alliances business segment to drive technical success for Datadog’s partner ecosystem.
• • Day to day, the role involves ensuring successful onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources; participating in joint business planning sessions; collaborating on partner technical initiatives such as end-customer demos and proofs of value; advocating for partner technical concerns with internal Datadog teams; analyzing partner service offerings to recommend improvements via Datadog adoption; collaborating with product, engineering, and technical services teams to influence feature prioritization; and continuously curating and evolving best practices for Datadog platform adoption.
• • The team operates within Datadog’s global technical solutions organization, which enables worldwide growth by educating clients and ensuring customer success. The role is hybrid, supporting work-life harmony, and based remotely in Chile or Sao Paulo, Brazil, serving the LATAM region.
• • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in observability, cloud platforms, DevOps, and automation technologies; develop strategic advisory and presentation skills; gain influence over product roadmaps through partner feedback; and grow as a trusted technical advisor shaping partner-led customer success across Latin America.
