- • Partner closely with Business Development to support strategic partnerships and evaluate how Drata integrates into partners’ technical infrastructures.
- • Demo Drata’s platform to partners, building technical credibility by clearly linking product capabilities to partner business needs and end customer use cases.
- • Own end-to-end partner enablement, including designing and delivering 1:many technical trainings, certification content, office hours, and documentation.
- • Analyze partner ecosystems and deliver product recommendations that inform partnership strategy and technical direction.
- • Project manage cross-functional workstreams internally (with product, engineering, and sales) and externally (with partners) to move partnerships from evaluation through launch.
- • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to surface technical requirements from partners, influence roadmap discussions, and shape scalable partner solutions.
- • Support technical validation, solution design, and proof of concept activities as needed, while recognizing this is a secondary focus of the role.
- • Manage technical components of RFP and RFI responses related to partner engagements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Drata’s capabilities.
- • Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demos tailored to both technical and non-technical partner audiences.
- • Collect, document, and synthesize competitive intelligence and partner feedback to strengthen Drata’s positioning and execution strategy.
- • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical, and accessible language for diverse audiences, including executives and technical teams.
- • Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders across business development, product, and engineering.
- • Balance multiple partnership initiatives simultaneously with strong organization, sound judgment, and a focus on execution velocity.
- • Contribute to scaling Drata’s partner ecosystem through strategic enablement, technical guidance, and cross-functional alignment.
- • Operate with an owner-operator mentality, taking full accountability for outcomes and driving results with precision and speed.
- • Stay mission-driven by keeping customer and partner needs at the center of all technical and strategic decisions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role within SaaS or security
- • Experience supporting technical partnerships, partner ecosystems, or complex customer-facing technical motions
- • Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, practical, and easy-to-understand way
- • Experience delivering demos, presentations, trainings, or enablement for technical and non-technical audiences
- • Strong technical foundation, including familiarity with software development, web technologies, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
- • Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to influence requirements and drive outcomes
