- • Own end-to-end relationships with strategic health system partners as the primary point of contact, serving as the face of Abridge to executives, clinicians, and operational teams.
- • Build and maintain deep, multi-level relationships across partner organizations to ensure no critical connection is a single point of failure and to establish Abridge as an indispensable partner.
- • Serve as the first call for partners, providing clear, timely, and reliable communication that builds trust and keeps all stakeholders aligned on goals and outcomes.
- • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to health system leaders, connecting Abridge’s AI-powered clinical documentation platform to their clinical, operational, and financial priorities.
- • Analyze partner usage data, adoption trends, and engagement metrics to identify early signals of risk or growth opportunity, and translate insights into actionable, data-backed strategies for stakeholders.
- • Conduct regular executive business reviews with key partner decision-makers to assess product performance, demonstrate value attainment, and align on expansion opportunities.
- • Collaborate with the sales team to identify, qualify, and advance expansion opportunities within existing accounts, outlining clear goals, milestones, and ROI-driven action plans.
- • Track and contribute directly to partner retention and revenue growth metrics through proactive relationship management and strategic account planning.
- • Build trusted relationships with clinicians and healthcare professionals to understand their workflows, pain points, and objectives, and tailor guidance to improve productivity and patient outcomes.
- • Provide product training and onboarding support to clinicians, ensuring smooth adoption and optimal utilization of Abridge’s real-time clinical documentation solution.
- • Proactively identify and resolve clinician concerns by collaborating with internal product, engineering, and support teams to deliver timely solutions.
- • Monitor clinician satisfaction and adoption data to detect engagement friction or success patterns, and design targeted interventions that drive sustained, scalable usage.
- • Serve as the internal voice of the customer, sharing partner feedback, success stories, and pain points with product, sales, and marketing teams to influence product improvements and service enhancements.
- • Contribute to the development of partner success resources including case studies, engagement playbooks, communication templates, and best practice guides to scale wins across the organization.
- • Partner cross-functionally to remove adoption barriers, align internal priorities with partner needs, and ensure partners experience Abridge at its highest standard.
- • Maintain a focused book of strategic partners, prioritizing depth of engagement over volume, with an emphasis on high-touch, high-impact relationship management.
- • Demonstrate strong technical aptitude to understand and clearly communicate the capabilities of Abridge’s auditable, Linked Evidence-powered AI platform to non-technical stakeholders.
- • Align all activities with Abridge’s mission to power deeper understanding in healthcare by prioritizing clinician and patient needs in every interaction.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in customer-facing roles within enterprise SaaS, healthcare innovation, or management consulting
- • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including challenges faced by large health systems and clinicians
- • Ability to manage a focused book of strategic partners with a high-touch, relationship-driven approach
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with executives and clinicians at all levels
- • Technical aptitude to understand and articulate complex AI-powered software solutions
- • Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
