- • Own a portfolio of Workato partners in APAC, serving as the first regional Partner Success Manager to drive scale and maturity of their Workato practice.
- • Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise partners including GSIs, large SIs, and priority boutique SIs, guiding org structure, service offerings, and end-to-end delivery methodology.
- • Conduct regular partner QBRs and health reviews to assess performance, alignment, and growth opportunities.
- • Support partners in delivering high-quality outcomes for joint customers by validating proposals, aligning co-delivery plans, and ensuring project success metrics are tracked and reported.
- • Monitor and escalate Red/Yellow projects led by partners, coordinating with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services) to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- • Serve as the internal expert and advocate for partners, providing insights on delivery capabilities, success stories, performance metrics, and fit for internal initiatives.
- • Advocate for partner needs internally while holding partners accountable, always prioritizing customer outcomes.
- • Guide internal teams on Partner Success processes, ensuring compliance and adoption of new programs and workflows.
- • Support department building by helping define new programs, creating scalable processes, building assets, and tracking key data points for analysis.
- • Ensure system compliance and data cleanliness across partner-related tools and reporting platforms.
- • Provide ad-hoc support to partners outside your core portfolio, particularly during high-volume periods or when no dedicated PM is assigned.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Partner Sales, Partner Enablement, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
- • Stay current on Workato’s product offerings, positioning, and updates to effectively advise partners and align delivery strategies.
- • Attend in-person events as required to strengthen partner relationships and represent Workato’s Partner Success function.
- • Drive partner certification compliance, co-delivery rule adherence, and alignment with Workato’s enterprise-grade delivery standards.
- • Translate data insights into actionable plans to improve partner performance, customer outcomes, and revenue expansion.
- • Design and rollout change management initiatives to improve partner engagement, process adoption, and operational efficiency across the APAC region.
- • Balance tactical execution with strategic thinking, maintaining attention to detail while managing complex, multi-stakeholder partner ecosystems.
- • Operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal predefined playbooks, requiring creativity and initiative to build the Partner Success function from the ground up.
