📋 Description
- • As a Partnership Marketing Manager at Fieldguide Inc., you will build the partner marketing motion from zero to one, defining strategy, creating content, and establishing systems that turn partner relationships into a meaningful pipeline contributor for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company focused on audit, cybersecurity, privacy, and ESG.
- • Day to day, you will develop partner marketing strategies, produce co-branded content (one-pagers, case studies, webinars), manage partner enablement portals, onboard new partners, track pipeline attribution in HubSpot, and coordinate with demand gen and field marketing teams to execute joint campaigns.
- • Fieldguide is a remote-first, early-stage startup based in San Francisco, backed by top-tier investors, building software to automate audit and assurance work for professionals in cybersecurity, privacy, and ESG, with a mission to establish a new state of trust in global commerce.
- • In this role, you will gain end-to-end ownership of a zero-to-one partner marketing program, develop expertise in B2B SaaS partner ecosystems, sharpen your strategic and execution skills in co-marketing and enablement, and directly impact revenue pipeline while working with cross-functional teams in a values-driven, inclusive culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing or channel marketing at a B2B SaaS company
- • Track record of building partner marketing programs from early stage
- • Demonstrated experience producing co-branded content and enablement materials
- • Strong writer who can adapt tone and format for accounting, audit, and financial services audiences
- • Comfortable in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform and project management tools like Asana
- • Experience tracking and reporting on partner pipeline attribution in a CRM environment
