This is a ground-floor opportunity to architect and scale a crucial growth engine for a leading B2B SaaS organic growth agency. You will be instrumental in transforming our existing partner relationships into a powerful, value-driven ecosystem that fuels high-quality lead generation and amplifies our brand's visibility.
  • • Your primary mission will be to build, nurture, and strategically manage a diverse ecosystem comprising tier 1, 2, and 3 agency partners, innovative software vendors, influential venture capital (VC) and private equity (PE) firms, key industry influencers, and a broad spectrum of co-marketing collaborators. This involves identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners, as well as deepening relationships with existing ones.
  • • You will be the architect of tangible partnership value. This means actively facilitating a steady stream of qualified lead referrals, initiating and executing co-branded content collaborations that resonate with target audiences, organizing and leading educational workshops that position Omniscient Digital as a thought leader, and orchestrating thought leadership showcases that highlight the expertise of both our partners and ourselves.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves hands-on event management. You will be responsible for hosting and attending a variety of in-person events, ranging from intimate dinners and focused meet-ups to engaging panel discussions, prominent industry conferences, and strategic networking events. These gatherings are crucial for building rapport, fostering collaboration, and uncovering new opportunities.
  • • Seamless coordination with our internal marketing team is paramount. You will work closely with content creators, podcast producers, research teams, and webinar organizers to ensure that all partnership activities are strategically aligned with our broader marketing initiatives. This synergy will amplify the reach and impact of our joint efforts, creating a powerful ripple effect across the market.
  • • Success in this role hinges on a data-driven approach. You will be tasked with defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner engagement and lead generation, meticulously tracking and measuring partner performance, and maintaining robust partner pipelines. Your insights will drive continuous improvement, ensuring that our partnership strategies are optimized for maximum ROI.
