- • Vio.com AG is at the forefront of revolutionizing the accommodation booking landscape, driven by a vision to make travel planning smart, fair, and effortlessly transparent. As one of the world's most rapidly expanding travel technology platforms, we empower millions of users globally to make informed travel decisions by providing a comprehensive comparison of stays across over 100 booking sites. Our core mission is to simplify the often overwhelming process of booking hotels and vacation rentals, cutting through the noise to deliver genuine value with unparalleled clarity, transparency, and unwavering support. We are committed to a 'no tricks, no confusion' approach, ensuring travelers book with absolute confidence.
- • With a significant presence in over 100 markets and a trajectory of rapid growth, Vio.com AG is poised to redefine how individuals discover and book accommodations through trustworthy technology. Central to our continued scaling and success is the cultivation and meticulous management of robust supply partnerships. To this end, we are seeking a highly commercially astute Partnerships Manager to significantly expand and nurture our B2B accounts for our proprietary Online Travel Agency (OTA). This role is pivotal in ensuring that Vio users consistently access the most competitive rates from every supplier in the market.
- • In this critical Partnerships Manager (OTA) role, you will be entrusted with the comprehensive management and strategic development of relationships with our accommodation supply partners, with a primary focus on bedbanks and wholesalers. Your overarching objective will be to maximize commercial performance, enhance rate competitiveness across our platform, and guarantee operational excellence in all partner integrations. This will involve fostering long-term, sustainable, and mutually beneficial relationships that drive value for both Vio.com and our partners.
- • You will engage in close, cross-functional collaboration with key internal departments, including Commercial, Pricing, Connectivity, Finance, and Product teams. This collaborative effort is essential for optimizing partner performance, identifying and capitalizing on incremental revenue opportunities, and ultimately playing a pivotal role in accelerating Vio.com's impressive growth trajectory and overall market success.
- • **Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:**
- • **Partnerships Management:** You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your assigned partner accounts, acting as the primary, trusted point of contact. This involves nurturing and maintaining long-term, sustainable, and profitable relationships that align with Vio's strategic objectives. Regular business reviews and in-depth performance discussions will be a cornerstone of this responsibility, ensuring continuous alignment and mutual growth.
- • **Commercial Optimization:** A significant aspect of your role will involve diligently monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue generation, margin contribution, conversion rates, price competitiveness, and the quality of content provided by partners. You will proactively identify any gaps in rate competitiveness or availability and engage in negotiations to secure improved commercial terms, overrides, and tactical promotional campaigns. Furthermore, you will actively seek out and identify new supply opportunities within priority destinations and market segments to broaden our offering.
- • **Performance & Analytics:** You will conduct thorough analyses of partner-level performance, deriving clear, actionable insights from trends and fluctuations. This includes identifying and resolving any discrepancies in mapping, pricing inconsistencies, or data inaccuracies. Close collaboration with internal teams will be crucial to enhance attribution models, improve reporting clarity, and ultimately boost profitability.
- • **Operational Excellence:** You will oversee the health and stability of partner integrations, paying close attention to connectivity stability, price accuracy, content completeness, and error rates. This involves coordinating effectively with technical teams to swiftly resolve any API, mapping, or availability issues that may arise. Ensuring that partners consistently meet their Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations will be paramount.
- • **Strategic Growth:** You will actively support the onboarding process for new supply partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration. Identifying strategic opportunities for portfolio expansion, the development of exclusive deals, or 'secret deals' will be a key contribution. You will also play a role in shaping and executing our supply diversification and risk mitigation strategies, ensuring a resilient and comprehensive supply base.
🎯 Requirements

- • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build mutual trust and rapport with counterparts.
- • High level of curiosity to deeply understand the business, strategy, and evolving requirements to drive Vio's growth.
- • A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving; unafraid to explore new ways of working and challenge the status quo.
- • Comfortable operating cross-functionally within a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly scaling environment.
- • Experience with hotel connectivity solutions (API/XML integrations) is highly desirable.
- • Knowledge of various hotel rate types (e.g., net rates, dynamic pricing) and rate distribution rules is a plus.
- • Previous experience working in an international setting, particularly within a remote-friendly scale-up environment, would be advantageous.
🏖️ Benefits
