We empower hotels to transform underutilized parking assets into significant revenue streams by connecting them with parking Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). Our mission is to drive substantial revenue growth for our partners without increasing their operational labor costs or disrupting existing hotel operations. We achieve this by maximizing Net Operating Income (NOI) while ensuring that parking availability for hotel guests and staff remains uncompromised. With a strong track record, Ocra partners with 50 operators and 25 hotel groups, managing over 600 locations. Our recent oversubscribed $5M funding round, co-led by Trestle Partners and MCR Hotels, underscores our rapid growth and market potential.
  • • As a Revenue Optimization Manager at Ocra, you will be a critical player in our expansion, driving revenue growth and ensuring client success. This role is ideal for an analytical and client-focused individual eager to make a tangible impact. You will be responsible for a dedicated portfolio of hotel parking assets, making dynamic, real-time pricing decisions and guiding essential operational actions. Your expertise will be the backbone of our revenue engine, providing clients and partners with data-driven insights and analytics to maximize Revenue Per Available Space (REVPAS) for each managed asset. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction by collaborating closely with our revenue and product teams, contributing to the continuous iteration and enhancement of Ocra's world-class platform.
  • • **Revenue Management & Yield Strategy:** You will dive deep into market trends, analyzing occupancy data, booking lead times, competitor pricing, and seasonal demand patterns. Based on this comprehensive analysis, you will develop and implement sophisticated dynamic pricing strategies and yield management techniques to ensure optimal revenue generation for each parking asset. This involves understanding the nuances of each location and tailoring strategies accordingly.
  • • **Client-Focused Execution:** You will build and maintain strong, direct relationships with asset owners and hotel partners. This includes delivering strategic recommendations, conducting regular performance reviews, and proactively addressing any concerns to foster long-term partnerships and drive client success. Your ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable advice will be paramount.
  • • **Advanced Analytics & Forecasting:** Utilize advanced analytical skills to forecast demand with accuracy, evaluate the performance of pricing strategies, and proactively identify opportunities for revenue uplift. This involves leveraging Ocra's platform and external data sources to anticipate market shifts and capitalize on emerging trends.
  • • **Platform Optimization & Collaboration:** Work closely with our product and technology teams to provide valuable feedback from the field. Your insights will be instrumental in continuously enhancing Ocra's platform, ensuring its operational effectiveness, scalability, and alignment with the evolving needs of our clients and the market.
  • • **Reporting & Communication:** Develop and present clear, concise, and actionable reports and dashboards. These will be tailored to specific client objectives and internal stakeholders, effectively demonstrating the return on investment (ROI) and the tangible revenue impacts of Ocra's strategies.
  • • **Process Development & Best Practices:** Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This will streamline operations, ensure consistency across all managed accounts, and facilitate efficient client onboarding and ongoing support, creating a scalable and repeatable success model.
  • • **On-Site Engagement:** Periodically engage with clients on-site to gather detailed operational information, understand unique property dynamics, and ensure seamless service delivery. This hands-on approach is crucial for building trust and optimizing performance.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or yield management, preferably within the hospitality, parking, travel, or similar B2B service industries.
  • • Exceptional analytical skills, with demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel, business intelligence (BI) tools, and a strong understanding of pricing software concepts.
  • • Proven ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly, persuasively, and effectively to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
  • • Strong organizational skills and the proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • • Demonstrated capability in scaling revenue management strategies from initial concept through broad implementation and ongoing management.
