Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the most critical, fast-moving initiatives across Tremendous’ Go-to-Market engine. As Special Projects Lead you will parachute into whatever is highest-leverage at that moment—whether that is launching a brand-new vertical, dissecting a competitor’s pricing playbook, or sizing an emerging use case before anyone else spots it.
- • Operate as a true utility player. One quarter you might be the first boots-on-the-ground for a new buyer persona in HR tech; the next you could be building a repeatable comp-set battlecard for the sales team. The only constant is impact measured in revenue, pipeline, and strategic clarity.
- • Scope and execute “zero-to-one” GTM experiments. You will design lightweight tests, stand up landing pages, draft outbound sequences, and personally close the first handful of customers to prove traction before we scale headcount.
- • Produce insight faster than traditional research shops. We expect you to turn raw data into board-ready recommendations in days, not weeks. That means SQL fluency, crisp slide writing, and the confidence to defend assumptions in front of Nick (CEO) or Dylan (Head of Growth) on short notice.
- • Become the company’s go-to source for competitive intelligence. You will maintain living documents that track every rival’s pricing, positioning, and product gaps, then translate those findings into battlecards, objection-handling sheets, and enablement sessions for AEs and CSMs.
- • Build defensible market-size models. When leadership asks “How big could international research incentives get?” you will triangulate TAM, SAM, and SOM using bottoms-up spend data, proxy metrics, and customer interviews—then pressure-test with finance and product before we commit budget.
- • Act as a strategic liaison to the executive team. You will distill complex analyses into 3-bullet emails, Slack threads, or Loom videos so that decisions can be made asynchronously without marathon meetings.
- • Drive cross-functional alignment. You will sync daily with product on roadmap trade-offs, weekly with marketing on campaign messaging, and monthly with finance on revenue forecasts—always translating GTM needs into engineering priorities and vice versa.
- • Document everything. Tremendous runs on Notion, and your write-ups become the canonical reference for future hires. Expect to ship public-facing handbooks, internal wikis, and post-mortems that age like fine wine.
- • Champion a culture of experimentation. You will celebrate failed tests as learning opportunities, maintain a transparent KPI dashboard, and coach teammates on how to run their own lightweight GTM experiments without bottlenecks.
- • Travel occasionally for customer discovery and team off-sites. Last year we met in Colombia; this year might be Portugal. You’ll bring back voice-of-customer clips, competitive anecdotes, and a suitcase full of local coffee for the team Slack channel.
