📋 Description

• Own the full lifecycle of B2B and influencer partnerships across the DACH region and international markets, from initial outreach to contract negotiation, onboarding, and long-term relationship management
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners based on brand fit, audience alignment, content quality, and measurable performance metrics
• Develop and execute innovative partnership campaigns with a focus on revenue-share models and B2B collaborations that drive measurable growth
• Analyze partnership and campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and continuously optimize initiatives for higher ROI
• Build and maintain scalable operational processes for partnerships, including invoicing, contract documentation, and approval workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of joint campaigns and projects
• Represent YAZIO at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s partner ecosystem
• Occasionally support influencer events and creator activations as needed, aligning with team priorities and campaign calendars
• Manage all operational aspects of partnerships, including contract administration, payment tracking, and compliance documentation
• Leverage automation and workflow tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual overhead within the partnerships team
• Maintain strong communication with external partners through email, calls, and in-person meetings, fostering authentic, trust-based relationships
• Stay informed on trends in nutrition, fitness, and health to ensure partnership strategies align with market demands and user interests
• Contribute to the development of a high-performing, impact-driven partnerships function within a fast-paced, remote-first environment
• Work autonomously with a strong sense of ownership, delivering results without micromanagement while adhering to company values and goals
• Engage with a global, international team where English is the primary language of communication and collaboration
• Utilize provided tools including a MacBook, external monitor, and €1,000 annual learning budget to enhance performance and professional growth

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2B partnership management with deep knowledge of the DACH market
• Fluent in German and English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven negotiation skills focused on creating win-win partnerships
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with influencers and B2B partners
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate partnership performance and optimize campaigns
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with a high sense of ownership and impact-driven approach
