📋 Description

• The Partnerships Project Coordinator independently manages partner communications, campaign execution, asset coordination, and onboarding, playing a critical role in scaling BiOptimizers’ partnership efforts through AI tools and automation to maximize output, accuracy, and quality.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating end-to-end partner onboarding, managing last-click campaigns across podcast, YouTube, Instagram, and sponsored email, drafting personalized communications using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT, tracking campaign performance, supporting product launches, and maintaining a partner intelligence database.
• BiOptimizers is a remote-first, globally distributed company focused on developing science-backed supplements and wellness tools that deliver measurable results, emphasizing clarity, autonomy, and operational excellence to support both customer and organizational health and performance.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in AI-assisted workflow automation, partnership lifecycle management, cross-channel campaign coordination, and data-driven performance reporting, while building strong relational and organizational skills in a high-growth wellness brand.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, influencer marketing, or partnership management
• Proven experience managing social media campaigns with creators on Instagram, YouTube, and podcasts
• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools (like ChatGPT or Claude) and automation tools (like Zapier) to improve daily work efficiency
• Must be able to work full-time hours aligned with the US Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone
• Industry experience in health & wellness, beauty, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) is highly preferred
