📋 Description
- • The Patient Coordinator serves as the welcoming first point of contact for prospective patients, playing a critical role in delivering a supportive, patient-centered experience from initial inquiry to scheduled consultation.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include responding promptly to inbound SMS and phone inquiries, leading empathetic intake conversations to understand patient needs, scheduling consultations via Calendly and internal systems, accurately capturing patient details in CRM and EMR platforms, conducting timely follow-ups to nurture engagement, and maintaining organized, confidential documentation.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in patient intake, care coordination, medical front desk, or healthcare customer support roles
- • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- • Prior remote work experience is required, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or Asana
